It helps if you can use newspaper or masking tape to mark out the perimeter of the rug in the area it will be placed
In most of our ranges, handwoven rugs can be made to near exact sizes (a small + or – tolerance is reserved by the manufacturer)
The quality of the wool is a major determining factor. Pure felted New Zealand wool minimizes shedding and pilling. The felting process is the key to this attribute.
In most cases normal delivery is 5-6 weeks from placement of order. Holiday periods can sometimes add another week or two.
